My apartment and roommates!

The apartment is small and old...we like to say it has a lot of character! All of the houses/apartments I've been to here have very boxed layouts with no open space. I've been told that this is for heating purposes. During the winter it is a lot warmer and more cost efficient to not have any large areas of open space.

My roommates are great! This picture is from our first roommate dinner. We all try to eat together at least once a week and trade off cooking. The first time we went out to dinner at a bar with good burgers. All of them are 23 and moved to Boston last year after graduating from college. Across the table from me is Sarah. Sarah is from Maine and is a 2nd grade school teacher. Next to her is Elizabeth. She is a part time nurse and grad student at Boston University studying public health. She grew up in New Hampshire. Across from Elizabeth and next to me is Danielle. Danielle also grew up in Maine with Sarah. She is a mental health counselor at a eating disorder clinic. I have enjoyed getting to know all of them!
